TRAINING SPECIALIST

Requirement :
Having minimum 2 years experience in Training department (as Coordinator is preferable)
Graduate with university degree in mechanical engineering or social science
Strong influence & communication skills
Age between 23- 27yrs old, Fresh graduates applicants is also encouraged to apply.
Computer Literate
Excellent in English both oral & write.

Responsibility :
Handling & conduct Technical & soft skill training for operators
Develop the proper technical training program & manuals
Managing Production Certification & Re-certification training for operators
Maintaining Training & development records
Handling production Quality & Production Audit
