AREA EXECUTIVE, DIRECT SALES (Banjarmasin and Makasar)

Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets in their respective areas.
* Sales Administration – preparation of reports, prepare and verify Direct Sales Executives commission and expense claims, and monitoring their performance.
* Sales Force Management – provide on the job training, motivation and management of all Team Leaders and Direct Sales Executive.

Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor Degree in related field.
* Experience in managing sales force.
* Sales background from FMCG, Consumer Banking or Direct Sales companies.
* Good negotiation, planning and organizing skills.
