SENIOR FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Specification required :
1. S1 or D3 – Accounting
2. Experiencex min. 3 years in oil, gas & mining industry (S1)
3. Or experiences Min 5 years, oil, gas & mining industry (D3)
4. Good in English writing & speaking
5. Proficient in computer
6. Good knowledge with activities Account Payable, Billing / Invoicing, Tax all kinds (PPH, PPN, Import/Duty)
7. Finance & Account report daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. And Balance Sheet report, profit & loss and able prepare annually budgeting
8. Responsibility, leadership, and Honestly

PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

Specification required :
1. S1 or D3
2. Experiencex min. 3 years in oil, gas & mining industry (S1)
3. Or experiences Min 5 years, oil, gas & mining industry (D3)
4. Good in English writing & speaking
5. Proficient in computer
6. Good searching the realibility agents or vendor
7. Knowledge with export, import custom process, chain supply management, prepare cost estimate material / spare parts and logistic as required by Estimator Engineer, familiar working under lead time and on time schedule required by user
8. Knowledge procedure process purchase order, purchase requisition and contract order
9. Prepare daily report, weekly, monthly outstanding PR and PO
10. Responsibility, Leadership and Honestly

SECRETARY AND ADMIN
Specification required :
1. S1 or D3
2. Experiencex min. 3 years in oil, gas & mining industry (S1)
3. Or experiences Min 5 years, oil, gas & mining industry (D3)
4. Good in English writing & speaking
5. Proficient in computer
6. Good filling system, arrange document tender, all administration and secretary daily activities
7. Marketing orientation and company promotion
8. Friendly, honestly and responsibility
9. Able driving car is advantage but not necessary
